Jump in ... for a free lesson

If you’re a little unsure as to what synchronized swimming is all about, please come and try us out, Saturday, April 10, 2010, at St. Albert Fountain Park Pool from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. (Meet the coach on deck.)
Swimmers should feel comfortable in deep water (with a PFD) and have completed their Red Cross level 3, Red Cross Whale, or Swimmer 3 FPP.  They should bring a swimsuit, towel, goggles, swim cap, and noseclip if they have one.
