Welcome to Edmonton Aurora Synchronized Swim Club online registration application form.

Our registration process has changed (again) as our website system evolves.

 

Step 1: Register
Click the Register NOW button below.

Returning swimmers:
• Unlike last year, unless you are registering a new swimmer, please do not create a new member. Select the member from the list provided to retain and update details in the swimmer’s account.

New members:
• Select "I am not sure if I have a Billing Account on this team."
• At the page asking you to provide or reconfirm your Billing Account Info, please indicate the State/ZIP as AB, not Alberta.


Three special instructions:

1. Select "Pay By Check"
Because our registration and payment systems are not fully integrated for technical reasons, please select the option to indicate that you will "Pay By Check" even if you'll be paying by credit or debit card.

2. Select a U.S. state
To complete the registration, you need to select a U.S. state from the list. I know it's weird, and Team Unify is working on the solution, but the fix won't be ready for a couple of months. Selecting a state here won't affect your billing account info.

3. At the page indicating that your registration has been successfully submitted, please print out a receipt for your income tax return for the Canada child fitness tax credit.

 

Step 2: Pay

1. Cheques are preferred for competitive programs
- Deliver cheques to the registrar at the pool or mail to the club's address

2. Credit or debit card are preferred for camps and recreational programs (AquaSquirts and FUNdamentals)
- Go to our payment page for instructions on paying by credit or debit card

 

Step 3: Provide a bit more info
After we have processed your registration, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail with instructions on how to access your Aurora Synchro account. At that point, please sign in to your account and provide a few more pieces of information as outlined on the registration confirmation page you’ll see at the end of step 1.
