Auroras’ competitive program deposits

Undated cheques payable to Aurora Synchro are required at the time of registration.
Any remaining funds, as determined by the club’s records, will be refunded after the end of the synchro year.

1. Volunteer Deposit
The volunteering commitment is outlined on the Volunteering page.

2. Fundraising/Casino Deposit
The fundraising commitment is outlined on the Fundraising page.

3. Routine Swimsuit Deposit
A swimsuit for the swimmer for the team routine is required for competition. The club will make arrangements for the sewing or purchase of a suit based on the recommendations of the team coach and head coach. This amount is only the approximate cost based on an estimated price. Once the actual price is determined, there will be an additional charge or refund to the swimmer.

4. Travel Deposit
It is difficult to determine travel costs prior to the competitive season as meet locations may not have been finalized and transportation and accommodations can vary widely depending on the location and time of booking. This is only a deposit to assist with arrangements the club makes on behalf of the swimmers as information becomes available. The travel deposit will be applied against actual travel charges prior to departure and any difference will be charged or refunded to the swimmer.
The travel deposit can be divided into 10 instalments and paid monthly along with the program fees.

5. Bingo Deposit
