Extra practices
Small-group extra practices are available for Wildrose swimmers, Tuesday or Friday (to be confirmed) at the Kinsmen Sports Centre from 4 to 6 p.m. with a level 3 coach. These practices are optional. For details contact the head coach.
Extra figures
Small-group extra figures practices are available for National stream swimmers. These practices are optional. For details and to sign up, see the Extra Figures events under the Events tab. The signup for the entire 2013-14 season will be available on the May 31 event web page.
Extra routines
Swimming an extra routine is a privilege that is awarded based on available coaching and pool time as well as the swimmer's commitment. Please contact the head coach to arrange solo or duet time.
Solo
$2,000 per year for National stream
$1,000 per year for Wildrose stream
payable in eight monthly installments from October 1 to May 1
plus five bingo-hours
Duet
$1,000 per year for National stream
$500 per year for Wildrose stream
payable in eight monthly installments from October 1 to May 1
plus five bingo-hours
